Consumer Direct Warranty
All Consumer Warranty claims are to be directed to Henderson as detailed below.
Authorized Retailers are welcome to provide warranty service to their customer; however, this service is not required by Henderson and we prefer that all consumer warranty claims be channeled directly to our repair facility.
Warranty & Repair Information
All Henderson® Brand wetsuits are automatically backed with the most comprehensive consumer warranty in the business. With over 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing wetsuits, we have developed a reputation of quality and performance. Every Henderson wetsuit is originally designed at our USA factory, providing us complete control over the selection of components, materials, patterns, and designs. All warranty considerations can be professionally completed at our USA factory.
The customer experience and customer service are our number one priorities. We understand that there are many choices for you to consider and Henderson wants to make certain that every wetsuit that bears our logo provides the confidence and trust our customer has come to expect from Henderson Dive Wear.
Henderson neoprene wetsuits that are not used for commercial purposes are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase and are warranted as follows:
• 10 years (zippers)
• 5 years (on all material and workmanship with the exception of damage due to chlorine, sunlight or compression)
• 1 year ”Head to Toe” (excluding wetsuits that have been lost, stolen or damaged in use or used commercially)
Henderson will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, lack of reasonable care, accidents, products that have been modified in any way, or loss of the product.
This warranty is non-transferable.
If you believe your garment is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please email our customer service department directly for a warranty evaluation. Emails should be sent to: info@hendersonusa.com and should include your information, suit information including date of purchase, a description and photographs of the issue. If determined to be a warranty issue, we will ask that you send the suit to our repair facility to be repaired or replaced and provide instructions to do so. Your product no longer needs to be registered online, please disregard any hangtag instructions to do so.
Please Note:
IF ASKED TO SEND SUIT IN FOR REPAIR – ALL RETURNED WETSUITS MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. ANY SUIT THAT IS RECEIVED WET OR DIRTY WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW AT THE CONSUMER’S EXPENSE.
