WARRANTY & REPAIR INFORMATION

At Henderson we stand behind all of our products. Customer Services is our number one priority. We understand that there are a lot of choices out there and we want to make sure our customers are happy with Henderson Dive Wear.

Your Henderson wetsuit products are warranted against manufacturing defects (as determined by Henderson) for one year from the date of purchase. Henderson will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, accidents or loss of the product. If you believe your garment is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please return them via UPS, Express Mail or any other method that allows the product to be insured and traced if lost, directly to:

Please include a photocopy of your receipt, your name, daytime phone number, and return shipping address. Allow 2-3 weeks for repair and replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNED WETSUITS MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. ANY SUIT THAT IS RECEIVED WET OR DIRTY WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW AT THE CONSUMERS EXPENSE.
